Peter & The Magician – Twist EP

I’m going to be honest with you. I still have not got over ”Twist” by Peter & The Magician, it’s been on repeat for the last week. A truly splendid nu-disco tune, made by two of the best in the business, the track has already been played by a multitude of DJs around the world and is featured on the newest Kitsune Compilation and it’s popularity continues to grow.
That is the good news.
The even better news is Kitsune is releasing the delectable single June 20th and with it comes with not one, but two attractive B-sides, “La Fiorentina” and “Love In Rimini”. I’ve had a chance to listen to both, and although I was a little disappointed greedy to be expecting them to be as good as ”Twist”, they are still spectacular nu-disco tracks and defintely worth a listen or ten.

They’ve got the look, they’ve got the sound.
INTL (pronounced International) is an energetic 5 piece pop-rock band based in London. I’ve spent the last half hour listening on repeat to their tracks on their soundcloud until I found myself singing along and bouncing around. After a bit of research on the band, I came up with nothing. Oh no?! So I can’t tell you much more about the band as they don’t seem to have a bio anywhere, but by the look of them I’m guessing there from somewhere in East London and one of them has a moustache. The rest you can make up yourselves.

If you haven’t already heard ”Twist” by Peter (Yuksek) & The Magician you are in for a pleasurable surprise. I have been away in the middle of nowhere for over a month now, and this greeted me when I returned. Suffice to say, ”Twist” has been on repeat for the last few days which has resulted in me shimmy-walking everywhere.
”Twist” is out now on the new Kitsuné Compilation.
